I want to know whether there is any option to start a fresh article even though i have completed 9 months of articleship .

Dear Sandeep,
No its not possible as articleship is linked with your registration number and which can be deleted.
But u can ask to icai once about voluntary Withdrawl of earlier articleship.

In that case u can take a transfer rather. U need consent of both ICAI and ur Principal for transfer in ur Artileship. But U can't start a fresh training.
