09 May 2016 I want to take transfer. holidays which I've taken for exam as well as personal works is taken for computing 1 year of articleship for the transfer purpose ???

09 May 2016 1 year to be reckoned from the date of your articleship registration date as given by ICAI. (Give your details of exam dates etc for a better answer)

10 May 2016 you can take transfer before 20/07/2016 so as to be in the bracket of "transfer within one year of articleship"
