MY EX-EMPLOYEE DEDUCTED TDS AMOUNT FROM OFFICE OWNER FOR THE YR2010-11.
THEY ARE ASKING ME TO ISSUE TDS CERTIFICATE FOR 2010-11.
PLZZ HELP ME, HOW TO ISSUE THE TDS CERTIFICATE ...

Previous Accountant deducted TDS to Office Building Owner but now i want to issue TDS certificate

If TDS deducted and also deposited, just file the return and issue TDS certificate.

If the TDS has been deposited....& ETDS returns are filed... you need to issue FORM 16A....

i assume its the TDS on rent u/s 194I

file all the relevant quarter's TDS return : 26Q & then issue form 16A

Then you can download the rpu from NSDL website and fle the quarterly TDS return. And then by mentioning receipt no you can issue TDS certificate. But to file the return you need a professional who has the knowledge of filing TDS return.

then before returns we have to collect TDS certificates from our clients(2010-11)& along with i have to submit whatever we deducted to building owner also knw? is it right

collection of tds certificate is altogether..different exercise. do not mix the tax deduction by you & tax deduction by others.
you should file etds return for tds deducted by you.
Just follow the steps for ETDS return :
