i want to show ST refund in ST-3 form so how i can show & where?

19 November 2011 First of all make it clear in which respect u want to claim refund of service tax. Accordingly u have to make application under the appropriate section or rule of service tax act. In other words, for getting refund of service u need not to mention anything in ST-3. U have to make application in prescribed form under relevant section or rule.
