It is not clear whether You are already registered with Departmtnt or yet to be registered. Even then since Your turnover was less than 10 Lac you should not charge any amount of SErvice tax from customer until your turnover crosses limit of Rs. 10 lac. You are required to get registered when your turnover surpassess Rs. 9 Lac
