IF ANY PERSON REGISTER WITH EXCISE THEN IT IS COMPLUSSARY TO REGISTER WITH SERVICE TAX AND LIABLE TO PAY SERVICE TAX ON GOODS TRANSPORT AGENCY??

Yes it is as per the provisions of the Act.

yes you have to pay all the RCM service tax liability. no option you have to register for every service.
