About revised form 108

27 September 2014 my articleship competed on 22nd august 2014 so i submitted the completion form 108. After few days i got letter from icai that i have to serve another 22 days. Then i realize that i had made mistake in calculating number of leaves taken. While serving at my first CA i had taken 26days leaves which i also mention in transfer form and the same days of leaves also counted in completion form 108. please give me solution as early as possible whether i can revised form 108 or not?

27 September 2014 you need to submit a letter signed by your principal stating the facts of the matter alongwith the revised form 108
