i showed income of client trading others nd filled itr 4 is it necessery to filled itr 4s ??? and in itr 4 i have hiven only 4 details not sent whole b.s...is it compulsory to sent b.s in itr 4...?

Not a problem in filing itr 4. B.S. is not compulsory if turnover is less than 1 crore.
