28 January 2013 i have filled my income tax return both manually and online symoultaneously. is this not correct proces to get income tax return or income tax department will count my tax twice? i have sent ITR-V to bangalore.my tds is not showing on the 26AS form.

28 January 2013 Had there been a refund in your case. Will the department issue refund against both manually & e-filed filed returns ?..

What will happen then... Just ..Imagine.

In case you have not sent ITRV- keep it in a safe custody- do not send it to CPC.
.
If already sent, then wish that the matter should resolve at department level.

Otherwise.... (humour)... 2 Scrutiny notices would be issued for the Same AY.
