About provisional din

28 June 2014 Can any one help me about Provisional DIN. I am going to file DIR 12 but I am confusing about Provisional DIN because as per new Co Act provisional DIN can not be utilized till the DIN is confirmed by the Central govt. Whether DIN generated on challan of payment of DIR 3 (for allotment of DIN) is provisional DIN or Original DIN? Please Clarify

28 June 2014 the DIN remains...in note more than a couple of days you get the DIN allotment letter and the same number is confirmed

30 June 2014 It means Provisional DIN and Original DIN are same??

01 July 2014 It is mentioned in the Challan of DIR-3 that The DIN...... having status as Approved has been allotted to..... It means that it is Original DIN.
