Good Noon
A grand father wants to open a PPF account in the name of his minor Grand Daughter.
1- Will he need a PAN Number of his grand daughter or not, or grand father can use his own PAN number
1- can he take the deduction of above PPF amount in his ITR.

No Grandfather can't claim deduction in his ITR(father canclaim if he pays incurs the expense). Yes he can use PAN of his minor grand daughter.
