Dear Experts,
We are basically from Interior Designers Co. We have small co(less thn 20 employee) and we dnt deduct PF and ESI from employee's Salary.
We are taking a contract but they want to deduct PF and ESI..I want to knw d reason behind it.. Plz help me..

You'd better opt for voluntary registration for both the PF & ESI. Companies prefer to enter into contracts with units that are fair and square with their employees - a part of the CSR.
