Sir, I want to file return having income from salary and small kind of Profession. Can I file No Case Account with itr-4 having Rs, 90000 as salary and
160000 as other profession. i,e, total income = 250000./- per annual.
Please tell me as soon as possible

Yes you can file the return under No account case if your profession is other than those specified u/s 44AA.
