Can a person come in merit in ca-ipcc after failing one time in ca-ipcc?

Do not count your failures. Experience is the bundle of failures if can you actually learn from it. One failure is no count to the good effort put in to reach there. Search for someone who did not fail .. as it is the best way to learn .. and then you know your strength and weakness ..
