hello... sir i want to know about the status of HUF.. if the HUF consist of only Karta(father), wife and his two daughters.
what would be the status of Huf on Death of Karta?? Can his daughter be appointed as karta As per Sec6 Of Hindu succession Act, 2005, being a coparcener.??? Or his wife can act as Karta??

Payal, if the case of death of Karta (if any male member is not there in HUF) his wife can become Karta, to continue the HUF.

but she is not a coparcener.. and a non- coparcener cnt become a karta.

in above query u wrote that the daughter is co-parcener and hence i said yes else she cannot.
