we had been recieved stock transfer of raw materials.can we have issued form F yes or no with central sales tax section

19 August 2010 if movement of goods from one state to others as a stock transfer the who received the material from principal office then branch has to issue as f form as per sales tax rules.

19 August 2010 Pl note that Form F is being used for branch transfer/ depot transfer and for transfer to consignment agents.You cannot receive /or cannot transfer to your customer material against form F.(Exception is Consignment Agent).Those branches/Consignment Agent should be endorsed on the RC/should have been intimated to the sales tax dept.
