i had appeared for ipcc 2011 nov and succeed to get exemption in account bt failed in totality ;.
and next time i have filled up the form but forgot to mention about account exemption
and left the account paper , is it good ? please suggest me

I am not filing Salary I.T return for the F.Y 2010-11 and want to file now. What will be the consequnces in both cases if there no rufund & if there is refund. Pls guide.

1. If your salary income did not exceed Rs. 5 lakhs and your interest income from savings account did not exceed Rs. 10,000 and the said interest income was declared to the employer and TDS was deducted on the salary income and the interest income, you were not liable to file interest income.
2. You can file the return upto 31.03.2013. However penalty of Rs. 5,000/- may be levied for delayed filing of return.
