26 August 2010 From "view signatory details" in MCA Portal you can know limited information about directors. Second option is to take "search report" with the help of a practicing company secretary who will certify the same on payment of his/her professional fees.

26 August 2010 yoU CAN VIEW THE COMPANY DOCUMENTS HIMSELF ALSO BY PAYING FEE FOR ACCESSING DOCUMENTS.

FIRST MAKE USER ID
THEN LOGIN
THEN GO TO ACCESS PUBLIC DOCUMENTS.
PAY FEE UNDER MISLL FEE OPTION
AND ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS OF COMPANY LIKE BALANCE SHEET, ANNUAL RETURN, SHAREHOLDER LIST ETC.
