NOW THE DIN APPLICATION ARE TO BE FILED IN THE FORM OF DIR3 AND AN AFFIDAVIT DIR4 TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE DIR3. MY QUESTION IS THAT WHETHER THE DIR4 IS TO BE NOTARISED OR WHAT? OR THE APPLICANT'S SELF ATTESTATION IS ENOUGH.

i believe it is same as before..you need to just sign it. notarization doesn't seems to be a requirement here.
