i have problem regarding capital of campaney
sir i wanted to know that what is issu and othorised capital of campany?
(i wanted to know that for issu of share for rs 100,000,00. how maney RS should bring by companey if your ans is RS 10,000,00. then how can a company can get more then amount from public)

The authorised capital is the maximum amount upto which the shares can be issued. Co. can collect more money by issuing shares are premium
