31 July 2012 sir my question is if the seller send the material on 3o th sep then i will get the material onward next month mean 2 or 3 oct & same I will book purchase.i will get issued c form on next qtrs & but seller will ask me for c form on last qarter then what is prevent how to resolve

31 July 2012 Your doubt is correct. Are you talking about issuing of online c form?

The buyer has to issue C form only based on the receipt quarter and therefore the seller's demand in asking c form in the same quarter is not correct. Some state government has already issued notification about accepting the c form issued in the next quarter. Which state you are from?

01 August 2012 i am talking about delhi sales tax. I have got issued c form for nex quarter when i received goods what should i do.what should i amend the c form what should i tell to seller what is rules say
