24 October 2009 what are the rules regarding articleship?i have completed 2.5 years of my articleship & have availed 3 months leave for pcc.i wanted to know the criteria of leave.total leaves available during articleship.

24 October 2009 for 3 year of article ship approximate 142 days leave will be allowed,
if u take the excess leave than u have to work for that,

24 October 2009 An articled assistant shall earn at the rate of one-sixth of the period for which he has actually served, excluding from such period, the period for which he has been on leave subject to a maximum of 180 days.

25 October 2009 whether 3 months of exam leave is counted for 180 days leave?or 180 days leave is available excluding exam leave??
