Sir, if i take transfer in the first year of articleship then by how many i have register under the new CA.

there is no time limit for restarting the training under new ca but if u delay then ur final attempt may also be delayed.

Like my articleship started from 1 sept'2014 and i am deciding to take transfer in the month of july begining.so by how much time i should take so that there is no delay in my final attempt.

your first attempt comes in may 2017 and it requires continous period or in aggregate of 2 years and 6 months for becoming eligible for ca final, so ur 2.5 years end on 1.3.2017 so max till 1.5.2017 means for 2 months u can have gap.
as the rule is on 1st day of month of exam- in ur case may 2017 u must complete 2 years and 6 months of trainining.

and sir what if that as on date i have 9 leaves taken means then only within 1 month i have register

then exactly 60 days -9 days =51 days
max u can have a gap
but advisable not to play with attempt as icai makes his own calculation many times it doesnt match with students and they have lost an atempt so better on paper u do not have any gaps and start immedieatly as u leave and take transfer from 1 st ca firm..all the best

If principal does not allow you to take transfer and also he marks our attendance as leaves then what can one do

in such case u can complain to icai but then u need to strong evidence for defending your claim...articles must not indulge in such things else ca will play with thier carrer.
