If Balance sheet is signed by the auditor on the date of 31.05.2010, then on which day AGM should be held
02 August 2010
any day after giving 21 days notice to the members but before 30th September.

Last date for holding AGM is Sept 30.
To hold agm 21 daye notice is required u/s 171 of companies act, 1956. So last date for sending AGM notice comes to sept 4 read with section 53 of companies act, 1956.
