Abatement to mandap keepers

Can any one tell me whether there is any abatement in respect of Service Tax for the "Manadp Keepers" (Auditorium) if they are not providing any catering services in their Auditorium??

If you are providing the services to your own member then no need to pay service tax.

yes to his member no service tax . but to other there there is no abatement on mandapkeper
