A fresh registration to new firm without getting termination

21 February 2014 i worked as an article in a firm for two months then i signed form no. 108 & 109 with my CA in 3 copies, But all the copies were retained by him. now i want to start my articleship a fresh in any other CA firm without getting any receipt from my old CA. Can i do so. please help me.

21 February 2014 well if no document has been submitted with ICAI, then you can do whatever u want to..

But Whatever means sir....... I m already registered as an article how can I got registered again in any other firm without transfer from old......please explain sir......I m in a big trouble sir.
