80G Renewal

05 February 2011 As per new notification 80G renewal not required. what about the 80G given earlier which are about to expire after notification say got in 2008 and 80G validity expires in march 2011. should apply for renewal or its automatic approved unless revoked?

05 February 2011 If your 80G registration is valid as on 01.10.2009 then no renewal is required, it is deemed to have been renewed perpetually unless cancelled by ITO
