AN ASSESSEE EDUCATION LOAN TAKEN ON HIS DAUGHTER NAME HE IS GUARANTOR ONLY AND INTEREST PAID BY HIM HE IS ELIGIBLE TO CLAIM INTEREST ON EDUCATION LOAN REPAYMENT PAID BY HIM U/S 80E.
