80 c benefit in short term gain

26 September 2015 If there is no other income except shorterm gain and same is calculated with sp rate @ 15% I have to ask that same person can be get the benefit of deduction of 80 C and get benefit of normal slab of Income tax
( Up to 250000 income tax is exempt )
