30 December 2017 Dear sir,

i have a small business and i want to take home loan approx 6 lakh. but i dont file income tax return .

is there any manadatory condition of 6 months gap for filing of income tax return.

please guide me .

30 December 2017 No more conditions... But, Banks ask 6months gap or at least 3months. It's different from bank to Bank...

01 January 2018 It depends on the internal process of Bank or Housing Finance NBFC. You should contact a service provider who has contacts with various financing institutions.
