is it necessary to file 3CD;3CD report along with return of income?

Yes, because it has to be filed first then only ITR can be filed.

You need to file Tax Audit report Only if Tax Audit is applicable.
Tax Audit u/s 44AB is applicable when :
1) Total Sales/Turnover exceeds Rs. 1 Crore
2) Gross Receipts from profession exceed Rs. 25 Lakhs
