i am commission agent getting Rs. 17,00,000/- commission (Receipts) in this year (AY - 2012-13). whether i am coming under 44 AB or not?

No; you are not come under section 44AB. As per ICAI guidelines on tax audit for the commission agents tax audit turnover is Rs.60 lacs gross commission.
