Dear sir,
we are incorporating a company which came for re-submission which says the 3.(b)Matters which are necessary for furtherance of the objects specified in clause 3(a) are not according to the main objects .
The company is BLENDERS AND DISTILLERIES company
In this situation what shall i do sir

3(b) has to be redrafted in accordance with 3(a) and the corrected e-MOA along with the incorporation forms has be resubmitted as 'linked forms'.
