If an order is passes for Rectification petition U/S 154 of Income Tax Act - then against of such order can a Revision petition U/S 264 be lodged.

19 December 2012 you can file any of the following:
a) Again petition u/s154.
b) appeal u/s. 246A against order u/s. 154.
c) Petition u/s. 264.

If a Revision U/S 264 is raised then can we open total matters of the case or only the petition areas mentioned under the Rectification Petition U/S 154 only to be mentioned.
