We have wrongly shown our authorised capital(Rs 1000000) as paidup capital(Rs 989000) for F.Y.2010-11 in form 20B furnished to ROC.Consequently the company master data is showing paid up capital as authorised capital although we haven't filed any Form-2.Please tell me how to rectify the company master data to show paid up capital as Rs 989000.

I will suggest you to file revised Annual Return with a letter of rectifying the mistake in earlier Form-20B and attached with this form, then automatically your master data will be update accordingly.

File revised A.R.alongwith a clarificatory letter pointing out the mistake and also personaly visit ROC office and explain.
