1. Registered no is no more available in the office. I want to register for 2 FA what to do? Whether i have to change the registered mobile no on GST portal as while doing registration OTP is sent to that no only?
2. No given on portal is of Director but we want to give no of concerned person for E way bill generation what to do i mean how to create sub users?

Yes registered mobile number is to be changed by using amendment in non core fields. Once ARN is generated and it gets updated on the GSTN portal, it will be linked with eway bill site. In case e way bill site is still showing old number you can click on 'fetch from GSTN' ( I do not remember exact option there but it allows the user to refresh the mobile number if it is updated on GSTN). It is likely to take 1-2 hours.
