one of my friend is working
in xchanging pvt. ltd. on temporary basis they have deducted tax u/s 194j how can i claim refund....?

Refund of tds can be claim by filling of income tax return.

Ask your friend to File ITR4 claim TDS in his return.May take help of tax consultant to complete this process
