Hi plz help me
We are purchasing material from chennai on which we are paying freight of Rs.500,000/-
so do we need to deduct tds u/s 194C as that operator has already furnished his pan copy to us

No after 1 Oct 2009 if transporter of goods is providing PAN then no TDS
