what is the procedure for showing the 15G/15H issued persons in quarterly filed TD S return utilities ??? What will do without 197A certificates ???

You need to raise Flag B in remarks column.
With out 197A certificate cannot allow for nil deduction, you better deduct tax in those cases to avoid differences with tax departments
