Can one person give 15g to another for non deduction of tds from his interest income...If yes, please specify its procedure i.e. whether one needed to file 15g to income tax department or not ?

The lender shall give duly filled up and verified Form 15G to the Borrower who in turn will submit the same to the Income Tax Department before 07th of April, (immediately after the end of Financial Year.).
