28 November 2013 I m a CS trainee... doing 15 months management training in a company... nw want to switch over to another company/PCs for remaining training. Can i do so? if yes , then swich over in between quarter is pemitted? and any formalities required?

1. You need to get a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from the existing employer.

2. Do inform ICSI in the recommended format.
