Hi,
I was employed as an permanent employee from 1 Mar - 15 Apr, 2016 post which I worked as consultant other organization. My previous organization has not deducted any TDS (as 15 days salary is well below tax threshold). I am planning to choose 44ADA, but how should I treat that 15 day salary?

Yes, yo declare 15 days salary under the head salary and. Professional income under 44ADA
