15 ca /cb

This query is : Resolved

01 February 2016 I have to make payment to kuwait for Rs. 30,000/- for registration fees which is not taxable in india.
Whether i hae to take both 15 CA and 15CB both or only 15 CA?

During the Current year i had made foreign payment of Rs. 9,00,000/- to other companies.

So i have to take into consideration of " Remitter" or "Remitte"

If limit of 50,000/- is for Remitte then i have to take only 15 CA ?
Please guide in the matter

03 February 2016 1. 15CB is obtained from the CA and 15CA is filed by the remitter. In Form 15CA, details of Form 15CB obtained from CA have to be filled. So you have to obtain 15CB from the CA & file 15CA online.
2. The limit is for payments made by the particular remitter to the particular remittee. For eg. payments made by Mr. A to Mr. B will be computed separately. Similarly payments made by Mr. A to Mr. C will be computed separately.
