14 April 2015 Kind Attn : Dear Sir/Mam

I would like to know the date from which the new service tax @14% is applicable.

There is some confusion as to whether it is applicable w.e.f 01-4-15 or not.

Please adv.

14 April 2015 it wil b applicable from the date it wil get notified...

right now old rate is in use and wil continue until the new rate get notified by govt
