Respected sir,my mom is a house wife,for selling & reinvesting the same money in property in 2010 I had used Her joint savings bank account. My mom has no income source but,recently she has recieved a letter from IT officer bharati m ahuja under section 139A(5) & 272B, can u please advice although we both have pancard,& my mother had made it in 2010.Is sending her pancard xerox sufficient,please advice for further consequences.

You have to file the PAN Card as well as an explanation -why the return of income has not been filed in her case. You may explain that the property transaction has been reflected in your ROI.
