I have applied for provisional registration for 12AB, after that within due date I applied for final registration but Department rejected the registration.
After having talk with the department, they want me to file for final registration again,
but while filing form 10AB its showing form already submitted.
please suggest any solution.

Sir Dept has advised to resubmit the form.
Can i surrender my previous 10A form and resubmit the Form 10A and 10AB.?

Considering to the above facts, I am unable to arrive at the satisfaction about
the charitable nature of activities. Hence, the application filed in Form No. 10AB for
the registration u/s. 12AB of the I.T. Act, 1961, is hereby rejected. However, no
adverse inference is drawn against the assesse, and provisional registration granted
u/s 12AB dated 31.12.2021 No. ..........(...MASK......)....... is held to be valid.

Have commenced the activities but form 10AB was already submitted and Dept rejected it now while filing it again its showing form 10AB already submitted
