12a and 80g registration

I have a trust and trustees are my family member ..can in that case also i can get 12A or 80G registration.?

there is no restriction on applying for 12A and 80G on account of family members being the trustees. However, you need to ensure that the trustees are not receiving any benefit from the trust.
