10% CVD on Imported Goods

04 February 2011 We are the importer of CFB Foils and sold the same after slitting.

My question is whether 10% CVD paid by the importer can be passed on to customers, if yes, please give me notification number.

Sub-section (2) of Section 27 of the Act, a claim for refund could be entertained if the importer was able to prove that he had not passed on the incidence of such duty to any other person.
