28 October 2011 My client educational Institution has been granted exemption u/s 10(23C)(vi) on 17.11.2008 for the As.Yr.2009-10 & onwards. Now the 3 years is being completed on 31.3.2012, whether we have to apply for renewal or continuation thereof or the same exemption will continue forever unless or untill it will be withdrawn. Kindly reply me with relevant notification.

29 October 2011 For continuance of exemption, application in Form No 56D (4 copies) has to be made to the prescribed authority (the Chief Commissioner or Director General).
