27 April 2012 Is Interest required to be paid on 1% VAT on property applicable for registrations done after 1st April 2010,to be paid by builders after High Court has withdrawn the stay order on the VAT on immovable property. Please reply urgently... Thanks in Advance

i have a query, pls advise

for Private Limited company " if preference shares were redeemed after 4 years at Cost price "

then the benefit of indexation as an option to the assesses or it is mandate to opt for the indexation, if opted for indexation what would be the capital gain tax on the transaction,if not opted for indexation what is the capital gain tax rate.
